• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We offer standard shipping across India. Estimated delivery time is:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

• Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 business days

• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned during checkout and in promotional offers.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

• You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number.

4. Delivery Partners

We use reputed courier services such as Delhivery, shiprocket, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and secure delivery.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver the package.

• If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

6. Delays

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural disasters, or courier delays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

7. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including pin code and contact number. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address.

8. International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India.
